| The Albaicin neighbourhood, in the historical centre of Granada, shelters among its streets, squares and houses an atmosphere of silence and rest difficult to find in a major city. Small streets and an urban extraordinarily beautiful landscape, form an architectural and social network where musicians, painters and artists of the most diverse nature, have here the framework to live, feel and dream. Closely together of the San Nicolas Square, slightly noisier as everyone travelling to Granada has from here spectacular views of the Alhambra, we find these 4 modern attached apartments (it sleeps 2-4 persons each). The entrance to two of them is for a street that leads to the Plaza del Carmen and the other two is for the opposite street. We are to only 5 minutes from the city centre on foot. Besides having its own balcony, there are two apartments which have its own private terrace and enjoy magnificent views of the Alhambra and the Vela Tower overlooking the city.
Being completely private, all the apartments have a common terrace patio and can communicate from the inside if so desired the guests. The interior of the apartments is very similar, as the distribution of space, equipment and furniture are practically the same. Organized in two levels, on the ground floor there is the double bedroom and bath; and on the first floor are the living-dining room and open-plan kitchen, a cheerful and well-equipped space; the walls have been painted with attractive and relaxing colours. A sofa bed can accommodate two people. Both apartments that have terrace with furniture of garden and views have its terrace on an upper floor.
