Lovely, spacious country house divided into 3 holiday apartments with big swimming pool set in very large grounds. Each apartment has a twin and a double bedroom, spacious lounge, with TV sofas, fireplace, full bathroom with bath and shower. The kitchens are fully fitted and properly equipped for cooking and have washing machines. The ground floor apartments have a private outdoor patio, upstairs a balcony with large windows. Each one is different, respecting the original structure of the house, with a rustic but different decor, lots of colour and light. There is a central hall and individual entrances to the apartments. Lots of artwork by local artists used to decorate (out of reach of small children). The grounds are very big, this was and still is a fruit farm with apples for making cider. The Llagar is full of our own bottled cider, and is a big barbecue area and outdoor and indoor picnic area for guests. The swimming pool is in one corner of the grounds (for peace and quiet), it is big with large lawns and sunbeds and has incredible views, while being fairly sheltered. There is a bar in the other old house on site, open all day till late, with lovely outdoor terrace, indoor lounge and covered terrace. In a small traditional village with bar and shop, views over the Villaviciosa estuary, towards mountains, excellent, sandy beaches and bird sanctuary. Two km from Villaviciosa with many excellent restaurants and tapas bars in the old centre. It is lively but not too busy in August and a very relaxing and peaceful place on the whole. The estuary is a nature reserve and excellent for bird watching and walking. We speak English and can help with all your needs.

Apartment Josefa is on the ground floor with an outdoor terrace.
There are 6 apartments in total (3 more available in another house) and also 4 large double rooms with small lounge, terrace and bathroom. Each apartment is in the corner of the building, and the double rooms are in between next to the apartments, all giving out onto the big central hall. So if you needed more space you can rent an extra room right next door. For outdoor eating, the ground floor flats are best but the views from upstairs are incredible, above the tree level. If you need more than one apartment or room please ask us for a special price, (except in August).
All the facilities in the grounds are free of charge, except food and drink and cots are free for babies.
In total 6 apartments sleeping 2/3/4 and 6, and 3 apartments sleeping 4,all of them are beautifully decorated and well equipped.
Distances:
Villaviciosa ... 2 Km or a few minutes drive. Walk in for dinner and taxi back.
Tazones ... 6 Km, few minutes, head of the Estuary very pretty town lovely beaches.
Gijon ... 28 Km, busy city, old quarter, great shopping and excellent beach restaurants
Oviedo ... 42 Km Beautiful old city capital of Asturias
Ribadesella ... 35 Km, 15mins on motorway, lovely thriving fishing port and old town.
Llanes: 90 Km. Holiday town with Marina.
