| Large Basque Farmhouse sleeps 10 to 14 with fine sea views and large gardens with terraces, barbecue for outdoor eating. The accommodation comprises 4 double ensuite rooms, an independent apartment with small kitchen, two extra beds and two cots for babies. Large Basque kitchen with all mod cons with large table for parties, TV lounge with DVD and music, conservatory lounge seats 16, leading onto covered patio, barbecue house with garden, tables chairs and sunloungers, children’s garden with swings, playpool in summer etc. The farm house ´Andutza´ was built in the year 1502 and has been recently fully restored (all new furniture and fittings 2010). It is situated very close to the ´Reserve of the Biosphere of Urdaibai´, with the beaches of Laida, Laga, Ea and Lekeitio nearby. From the terrace and two of the rooms, which is framed by fruit trees, you have a beautiful view over the sea and at the same time you can relax in the peace of the mountains. Lovely signposted walks along the cliffs and hidden coves, about 15 mins walk to beach in Ea, good birdwatching area. Owner Olga, lives in the farmhouse next door and happy to help with anything you may need. |
