The house is only 35 mins drive from Santander airport and port. One hour drive to Bilbao or a good train link offering a beautiful ride. 30 mins drive to the coast and beaches. One hour drive from the Picos de Europa. The closest village is Liérganes and one of Cantabria's most beautiful. It is well known for its collection of classic 17th/18thC architecture and its spa. It also has a good selection of small shops, great bars and restaurants. Table tennis in garden and other outdoor games. The house has a solar panel for hot water which is backed up with central heating boiler. Two double sofa beds available on request.

Also on the property is a mobile home that can sleep up to five people available as extra accommodation. Cleaning service available on request approximately 70 Euros per visit.
