| From our country guest house, deep in the wine producing area of La Rioja!, in the pretty village of Clavija we can enjoy all the charm of La Rioja, visit the wine cellars, the old towns, the wine museum where we can see how the barrels were made, visit the birthplace of the Spanish Language, the famous Monasteries of Suso and Yuso, go walking in the endless fields and mountains, ride on the bikes (for rent) around the villages and the vineyards. Most of all this is a lovely place to relax and unwind and enjoy good wine and food both at our guesthouse where we do lovely breakfasts and evening meals and in all the restaurants in the towns and villages close by. A very friendly welcome from the owners and we hope to give you all the help you need on your holiday. Our friendly guesthouse is in a lovely village only 18km from La Rioja. The house is very well cared for and we have restored all the traditional details and made it very comfortable and our breakfasts are very tasty. All the rooms have hydromasage baths.
Municipal Golf Course "The Grajera" about 10 minutes from the city (Logroño) the price is about 25€.
Other facilities
Bike rental, breakfast available, dinner service, lunch service, (public) restaurant.
Inside: dining room, fireplace, Jacuzzi, kitchen, library, rooms with en-suite bathroom, television.
How to get here:
If you come from Soria, drive to Albelda and take the asphalt track, which will save us 8 km.
If you come by the motorway, in Logroño take the exit to the N-111road direction to Soria. Take the turning to Lardero, drive across the village up to the roundabout of Alberite and from there take the way to Clavijo
Coming from Zaragoza, enter the ring road of Logroño, the first exit on the right is the roundabout indicating Villamediana, drive past the crossroad of Villamediana and on the right take the direction to Alberite and from there to Clavijo.
