Pretty country cottage near Cangas de Onis, in the Picos de Europa mountains, walking distance to several bars and terraces, 20 mins to sandy beaches. Newly restored in rustic style with modern facilities and good furniture, fitted kitchen and bathrooms. Large gardens bordering the lovely river Sella, with barbecue. Walking distance to Cangas, lovely mountain town with bars, restaurants, taxi service (for coming home). By car only 20 mins to Ribadesella, lovely beaches on the Costa Verde. Outdoor sports and mountain adventure companies in Cangas de Onis. The house is an old stone house, downstairs is the kitchen, entrance, lounge with old style chimney and dining area, upstairs two large bedrooms both have bathrooms, one double and the other with three singles. The photos show the house just as we were finishing the garden. Open June 2009. Between the village and the garden goes down to the River Sella. In a sheltered valley, quiet but close to everywhere. Everything is new and comfortable and all linen and towels provided. Free use of our swimming pool at our rural house, 10 minutes walk from the house. Open all summer.
