Large house in its own private grounds, walking distance to beach, 20 mins, beautifully restored luxury standard accommodation with all ensuite bathrooms with baths and power showers , with flat screen TV in very spacious bedrooms. The two bedrooms on the top floor share a bathroom. Bright and airy, tasteful, uncluttered decoration and large kitchen with all modern appliances. Separate utilities room. Large, elegant dining room for family dinners, smaller dining room and outdoors both covered and sunny terraces for outdoor dining. Huge grounds and orchards, completely walled and private for your group. The swimming pool is just across the road on the Regalina Holiday Complex and is free to use. We restored the house last year 2008, to its original beauty, maintaining many features but opening up some spaces and modernising obviously. We've made many new improvements this year including a bar, a restaurant and WIFI internet connection. Ideal for families or groups and would make a lovely wedding or anniversary venue in spring or early summer with the gardens in flower.
Cadavedo was voted as the best village in Asturias, it is beautifully unspoilt and in an excellent location, close to the main motorway, several beautiful beaches and little villages and fishing ports, twenty minutes from the main fishing ports and seaside towns of Luarca and Cudillera with excellent gastronomy and fish, seafood and tapas bars. This house is in easy walking distance of bars, chemist, bank and shops. A downhill stroll to our beach, but note it is uphill on the way back, but there is a large carpark at the back of the beach. Day trips inland to the mountains are really worthwhile, the scenery is spectacular it is not very turisty and the villages and their people are completely authentic and welcome visitors. Oviedo and Gijon are less than 40 minutes drive. Asturias airport 25mins and Santander 2hr 30mins.

Free use of facilities at the Regalina Holiday Houses and Campsite (1st class) including the open air swimming pool and bar and cafeteria facilities. English speaking reception in the summer. Pool open summer months only, please check with us for exact dates. Towels and linens provided in all the Regalina accommodation, daily cleaning not included but can be provided on request at an extra charge. Please bring your own towels for the swimming pool and beach.
