Eight modern style apartments gardens with views over the Cantabrian Coast with private access to the sheltered cove and sandy beach below. In its own grounds in a privileged position on the cliff tops in a quiet residential area only few minutes walk to the centre of the town of Lencres and 15 minutes drive to the centre of Santander.
This holiday accommodation has simple living areas with quality furnishings and minimalist decoration. Each apartment has one bedroom with large size bed and good quality linen, marble bathroom with double basin and shower. Lounge with large comfortable sofa bed (160cm) for additional guests or children, flat screen TV. Small kitchen with modern appliances and breakfast bar. The four ground floor apartments have large glass doors with curtain blinds which can be completely opened onto the outdoor terrace and semi private garden, which leads out onto the large communal garden. The four first floor apartments have a balcony and a small foldaway staircase leading up to a private roof with 360º views. All the apartments have views over the sea or towards the Picos mountains and face west into the afternoon sun. Underground private parking. Use of the hotel facilities on the same site, gym with exercise machines for running, cycling etc. Spa with jacuzzi, sauna, turkish baths, hot and cold and aromatherapy showers, changing rooms and showers. Circuits additional 20€ per person per day 45 minutes. Communal gardens with green lawns and palm trees. A cliff path with wooden steps leads down to the beach in less than two minutes, the cove and beach are sheltered from the high winds by the cliffs at the entrance, west facing beach with sunny afternoons. The grounds are shared by the eight bedroom small hotel Vistas del Mar (also on this site) and apartment customers can use the hotel facilities.
Despite being close to Santander the area is quiet and relaxing but well communicated. The town has all services and several bars and restaurants. 3 golf courses within 15 mins drive, including the 36 hole Pedreña, Seve Ballesteros' course. Walks along the cliff tops and beaches as far as Santander and to the Dunes of Lencres Nature park and open beaches on the Pas Estuary,
Easy access to Santander by half hourly bus or a short taxi ride. Airport pickups to Santander can be arranged from the apartments if you just want to come and relax. Regular flights to Santander by Ryanair and Bilbao international airport just one hour.
