This delightful holiday villa with its own pool is only 15Km from the historic city of Córdoba, and is set in private grouns (1.500 m2). You approach it up a leafy track with together with roses, vines, a palm tree and a walnut give shade and scent to the estate. There is also a small organic garden from where the owner will give you the vegetables and fruit of the season: peppers, tomatoes, lettuces, etc. The house has a covered porch area furnished with garden furniture and there's a beatiful natural eating place in the shade of a wonderful vine. Inside (120m2 aprox.) the house is decorated and furnished in rustic style and with comfortable furniture. The villa has central heating and air conditioning. The living / dining room is spacious and has an open fire. The kitchen is separate and is well equipped. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms complete the accommodation.
Position
In Cuevas Bajas, Villarrubia. Approx 15km from Córdoba (10-15 minutes), a World Heritage Site with all the services, good bars and retsuarants and amenities of a big city. Aprox. 500m from the house there's a good restaurant with an a la carte menu, and a bullring. A 4-5Km from Almodóvar del Río with guided tours round the medieval castle. 6km from the Embalse de la Breña (reservoir) where you can do watersports. Aprox. 7km from the archeological ruins of Mediad Azahara. Just over an hour from Sevilla and under two hours from Granada.
In Córdoba you can visit the old Jewish quarter and the famous and emblematic Mequita - Cathedral/Mosque and the Arab baths. |
