| El Cercado is a complex of 14 different self catering mountain cottages near the village of Berchules in the Alpujarras region of the province of Granada in Spain. There is one deluxe suite for two with jacuzzi while the other 13 cottages are for two to four guests each. El Cercado is in the countryside a half a kilometre from the center of Berchules and has a shared swimming pool and a bar/restaurant. This area offers spectacular panoramic views of the mountains of Sierra Nevada and is only 40 kilometres away from the beaches of the Costa Tropical. There are many activities in the area such as hiking, horseriding, mountain bikes, quads, adventure sports as well as guided tours of wine cellars, arts and crafts shops and ham curing centres. Snow skiing slopes are 120 kilometres away. |
