This newly built holiday villa with pool is on a private estate (3.400m2) and is surrounded by hillsides dotted with white houses and cortijos. In the ditance you van see the Mediterranean sea. Nearby is the village of Cómpeta - which you can walk to and enjoy the views along the way. Up here you have peace and tranquility. At the front of the house is a covered porch - an ideal place for breakfast in the morning or a sundowner in the evening. The barbecue is next to the pool. The night skies are wonderful with excellent views of the stars. Inside the villa the furniture is rustic and it's furnished in the local style. The floor is tiled with terracotta tiles and there are wooden beams in the ceiling. The kitchen is well equipped and opens onto the lounge through an arched door.
Position
In Cómpeta (aprox. 3km) you can try the delicious local wines. In Canillas de Albaida (5-6km) you can follow the Mudejar art route and in the small villages nearby such as Archez, Salares, Sedella, Daimalos and Sayalonga there are many architectural jewels to be discovered. In the regional park of Sierras de Tejeda y Almijara there are lots of walks. The beaches at Nerja, Torrox and Caleta de Velez are 15-20km away. |
