| This house has an enviable orientation, with the Andalusian sun coming into all the rooms at any time during the year. From here we can go for a walk to the beach or practice golf in the nearby courses. It has a covered porch with garden furniture and a terrace with a barbecue where we can cook and eat outdoors. On the ground floor there is a living-dining room, an independent kitchen, a shower room and a double bedroom. On the first floor we find the rest of bedrooms, two of them with a terrace and a bathroom.
Location: About 200-300m away from an 18 holes golf course and at the same distance but on the opposite direction from the beach, very well cared, where the forest gets to the shore. Within the housing development (all the services) there is a mooring base for sailing boats and small ships. About 3km away from Cartaya, 4km from Punta Umbria and only 15-20 minutes from Portugal by car. Less than 1 hour from Doñana Natural Park (with guided visits). Sevilla is 1:30h away. Ayamonte as well as Cartaya have received European honours for their environmental conservation. This is an area of rural character (strawberry plantations and citric cultivation) isolated from the overcrowding and devoted to quality and environmental tourism. |
