| This nice semi-detached house is located in a new housing development surrounded by gardens and grove. Only 250m away we find the beach (with a quay for small ships and sailing boats) and a golf course with 18 holes. It has a common area with grass and two swimming pools (one for adults and the other for children), a tennis court and a paddle tennis court.
We can park in the street or we can use the interior patio as a parking space. There is a covered porch with garden furniture open to the living-dining room, where we can rest open air. The living room is spacious and it has a fireplace. The kitchen is bright and well equipped; from here we have access to a small terrace which is also open air. On the first floor we find the bedrooms.
Location: About 200-300m away from an 18 holes golf course and at the same distance but on the opposite direction from the beach, very well cared, where the forest gets to the shore. Within the housing development (all the services) there is a mooring base for sailing boats and small ships. About 3km away from Cartaya, 4km from Punta Umbria and only 15-20 minutes from Portugal by car. Less than 1 hour from Doñana Natural Park (with guided visits). Sevilla is 1:30h away. Ayamonte as well as Cartaya have received European honours for their environmental conservation. This is an area of rural character (strawberry plantations and citric cultivation) isolated from the overcrowding and devoted to quality and environmental tourism.
