| In our Country Guesthouse we hope to provide the traveller with a haven of peace and comfort in surroundings that fuse together with nature, countryside, culture and entertainment. The guesthouse is on the sunny southern slopes of the Gredos mountains close to Toledo. In our restaurant we pride ourselves on cooking good regional food from local products, like the tradtional potato and wild mushroom soup, and interesting and nutritious stews with vegetables and beans. Delicious roast lamb and suckling pig and homemade puddings.
