Only 18km from Jerez de la Frontera and 30 minutes from the beaches of the Puerto de Santamaría, set in a land of vines, bulls and horses, is the holiday villa, La Barca de la Florida. The villa is in the residential area known as El Chaparrito. It has an Olympic sized swimming pool surrounded by a grassy area, perfect for relaxing in the fresh air. There's a barbecue, a child's play area and a basketball hoop for the energetic. The accommodation is arranged over two floors (280m2 downstairs and 180m2 on the first floor). There's a living/dining room on each floor; the kitchen is well equipped for large groups. This is an ideal holiday property for groups of friends or two or three families holidaying together.
Position: In the residential area El Chaparrito; approx. 8km from La Barca de la Florida (all amenities) where there are horse training schools where you can also go horse riding; about 18Km from Jerez de la Frontera (all amenities); 15Km from the race track at Jerez; some 17Km from Arcos de la Frontera, on the route of the while villages in Cádiz; 30km from the nearest coast in Puerto de Santa María (30 minutes) on the Costa de la luz; 40Km from Cádiz and Sanlúcar de Barrameda (where the Guadalquivir runs into the sea), which is also the gateway to the Donana National park (Parque Nacional de Doñana). Also handy for the biggest cities in Andalucía (Jerez, Sevilla, Carmona, Écija, Córdoba, Osuna, Ronda, Antequera, Loja and Granada). There are golf courses 15km away. |
