While Moraira is an old fisherman’s enclave, the town centre is modern and will satisfy all your demands. Its charm is due to the town’s development along with a typical marine harbour. Moraira’s coast is 8km long and offers you crystal clear waters, some with fine sand, others with rocks but all with a Blue Flag Award from the European Union. Moraira has a delightful landscape of small hills, vine fields and large pine landscapes.
Location is excellent. It is in the Alicante region and has good connections to Valencia, Barcelona, Murcia and Alicante itself. The closest airports are in Alicante city and Valencia, from which you can take a bus to Moraira or hire a car. This development in relation to the coast and the mountains permits a micro-climate that guarantees an average yearly temperature of 18 degrees.
All the apartments have 2 bedrooms, except two top floor apartments that both have 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, one of which is en-suite. Apartments can sleep 5-7 people due to the number of beds and a comfy double sofa bed in each property.
All apartments have terraces, for the attic apartments, the terraces even reach an area of 47, 64 and 85 m2 with deckchairs to soak up the sun in.
All the apartments are fully-equipped to your family's needs, each has a television, DVD player, air conditioning, oven and extractor hood, microwave, fridge freezer and washing machine. Furthermore, cots are available.
There is underground parking, large private zones with swimming pool and gardens, high quality finishes with attention to detail (marble paving, hidromassage bath, hot and cold air conditioner, tv intercom, alarm system, domotics – innovative digital home computer appliance system.) All have soundproofed glazing to avoid any possible noise disturbances.
From our reception office at ‘Cala Mora’, we can advise you and help you discover all the leisure activities at your doorstep, for example, diving courses or experiences, jet-ski excursions that take you round the , hiring or classes of the catamaran, windsurfing or kayaking, boat excursions, go-karting or quad-biking. It’s all there for you to try! Other activities include, scuba diving, sailing, swimming, cycling, horse-riding, football, hiking and golf.
For those of you who wish to venture further afield, we can provide detailed information and even discounts for you to visit the theme parks ‘Terra Mitica’ and ‘Terara Natura,’ the water park ‘Aqualandia,’ the adventure theme park ‘Mundomar,’ ‘Vergel’ safari park and the great attraction of ‘Ciudad de las Arte y las Ciencias de Valencia,’ not only an architectural wonder, but a fantastic day out for the family comprising of ‘Oceanografico’ a spectacular aquarium, theatre halls, botanical gardens, and IMAX cinema and a museum.
Very close to Moraira, you will find two 9 hole golf courses – Ifach Golf Club and Javea Golf Club.
The 8km of coastlne offers a range of beaches, one of which, Andrago beach is a great place to practise diving.
The area has all types of high-quality restaurants: Mediterranean, Japanese, Italian, Chinese, English and German food.
