| This luxury villa has only recently been built and all the accommodation is on the one floor. It's got an amazing swimming pool, a big lawn area and a beautifully tended garden. It's south facing and is set in vineyards, which gives it a lovely aspect. There's a fountain at the front of the house in the middle of a decorative border and flanked by lawn. The villa itself is beautifully light inside thanks to the many windows, including the French windows in the lounge which open out onto the back of the villa and its gardens and pool. The furniture is well chosen and there has been much attention to detail in the design and decoration of the villa. The bedrooms and kitchen are all fully equipped and in two of the bedrooms there's hydromassage. Near the pool you've got the bbq and eating area. For the energetic there a paddle tennic court at the property. Only 4km from Ronda, this villa is ideal for countryside tranquility, but close enough to civilisation and shops and services, including the white villages and Córdoba and Granada (2 hours), and Sevilla (1.5 hours).
