| Caserias de Soribias are a group of holiday houses and country cottages in the beautiful National Park area of the Picos de Europa in Northern Spain. All the houses are in small villages or lovely countryside close to the lively central market towns of Arriondas and Cangas de Onis, with their traditional buildings, bars, shops and restaurants and tourist attractions. The hidden coves and wide sandy beaches of Asturias’ Costa Verde are only half an hour away as are such pretty towns and fishing ports like Ribadesella and Llanes. Many outdoor activities are on offer such as walking, horse riding, climbing, canoeing etc. Excellent range of restaurants in the area and a great place to just come and relax and explore.
La Santa is a very old house, made of stone and wood, fully-renovated while keeping its traditional rustic style. It is a detached building located on a 250 hectare (617,75 acres) country estate (where you can hire horses), with an indigenous forest and the River Piloña (free fishing). There is also a leisure area for the sole use of our guests, with barbecue, tables, benches and a spring. There is also a fenced green area and wonderful views of the Picos de Europa.
La Santa farmhouse has two floors and a large meadow outside the house. The ground floor consists of the sitting-dining room, one double room with its bathroom and the kitchen, which is fully-equipped with all the necessary kitchenware, as well as fridge, microwave, washing machine and TV. On the first floor there are three spacious rooms, all of them with wood beams, and a fully-equipped bathroom.
This house has four bedrooms. There is a double room with access facilities for the disabled on the ground floor with its bathroom. On the first floor there are three bedrooms; two are twin-bedded (one has two 1.05 beds) and the other is double-bedded. All are very spacious and there is a fully-equipped bathroom.
