| Caserias de Soribias are a group of holiday houses and country cottages in the beautiful National Park area of the Picos de Europa in Northern Spain. All the houses are in small villages or lovely countryside close to the lively central market town of Cangas de Onis, with it’s traditional buildings, bars, shops and restaurants and tourist attractions. The hidden coves and wide sandy beaches of Asturias’ Costa Verde are only half an hour away as are such pretty towns and fishing ports like Ribadesella and Llanes. Many outdoor activities are on offer such as walking, horse riding, climbing, canoeing etc. Excellent range of restaurants in the area and a great place to just come and relax and explore.
The Ardavin cottages are two semi-detached houses located on a 250 hectare (617,75 acres) country estate and only 100 m. from the River Piloña (free fishing). Horses are available for hire. This is a very old stone-built house which retains its original internal wooden structure. The house has a traditional "horreo" (Asturian grain store) and wonderful views of the Picos de Europa Mountains. There is a leisure area with barbecue, tables and benches nearby, for the sole use of the customers. The owners live close by in a third house in the terrace.

Ardavín I is a two storey house. On the ground floor is the dining-cum-sitting room with TV and the kitchen with all its kitchenware, as well as washing machine and microwave. On the upper floor are two double rooms and one fully-equipped bathroom. There is also a balcony ("corredor" in Asturias). There are garden chairs and a table outside the house.
Ardavín II is a two-storey house. On the ground floor, made of stone and wood, you will find the sitting-cum-dining room and a rustic kitchen, which is separated by an American bar and which has all the necessary kitchenware. On the first floor there are two double rooms - one of them with two 1.05 beds - and two fully-equipped bathrooms. Table and garden.
