| This holiday villa with a swimming pool is placed in a delightful vantage point on top of a hill, planted with avocado trees, giving it both the luxury of perfect privacy and splendid views over the beautiful countryside which surrounds it, and the sparkling Mediterranean sea below. Close to the holiday town of Torrox (4km.) and only a few minutes drive (8km.) from the lovely beaches of the Costa del Sol. The holiday house has three terraces; one at the swimming pool level, one covered porch at the first floor level, and one solarium for sunbathing on the top floor. All three have great views over spectacular countryside of great beauty, giving an idea of the peace and tranquillity that this spot offers. Going up the stairs from the swimming pool level, or a few stairs from the main entrance at the other side of the villa, we come to the covered porch level and the large open plan living – dining area, with the kitchen. The lounge is organized for relaxing, in several areas with sofas and chairs grouped around the central fireplace. It is very comfortable space decorated with good quality furniture. The three double bedrooms are spacious and well lit and are on the same floor together with the bathroom. |
