| Five minutes from Conil, one of the prettiest villages on the Cádiz coast and only 10 minutes from the beaches, these two identical holiday villas, each sleeping 6 people, are situated on a private estate (500m2) within a residential area surrounded by pine trees. The villas can be rented individually or together and are ideal for families or groups of friends with children as they’re completely fenced and safe for small children. To the front of the house is an area of level ground where you can park and which is covered in roses, bougainvillea and banana trees. A covered porch leads into the house. The swimming pool has grass all around and is open all year for a refreshing dip, weather permitting. The accommodation is newly built and is arranged on one floor. The dining / living room has an open fire and the kitchen has a big breakfast bar and opens out onto the living room. The bedrooms are colourfully decorated and well furnished. The furniture is good quality in the traditional, local style and the ceilings have wooden beams. |
