CasaCuchia is a refurbished traditional village house on the coast outside Santander. Less than 10 minute stroll to nearest beaches(not visible from the house). It is south facing and sunny. On the ground floor there is a bright entrance porch which leads directly into a television sitting room with satellite tv.Off this room there is a garden facing lounge.A fully fitted kitchen and separate dining room are here as well as a utility room with washing machine etc.,WC/shower room and cloakroom. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms, a sizeable bathroom and access to a very large balcony overlooking open countryside, pictured.
CasaCuchia is detached with a secluded garden and off street parking.
Cuchia is a quiet seaside village 20 minutes by car from Santander city centre. An ideal combination of city,rural and seaside life! |
