Located on the Mediterranean, there are city beaches, a strong cultural heritage, all sorts of watersports on offer, great nightlife and also nearby you have lovely countryside including the regional park of Albufera. The apartment is about 10 min walk from the Malvarrossa Beach and Valencia’s Harbour. The area offers a variety of restaurants, take-aways and icecream parlours, where you should try the most typical Valencian refreshment: paellas and fideua, local hot dishes, and refreshments such as "horchata" a refreshing summer drink, and other local specialities. Ideal for beach and city holidays. The local people, renowned for their friendliness and creativity, give this region a welcoming and upbeat feel and make tourists feel very quickly at home. |
