| This stylish villa is perfectly placed within Sevilla and Córdoba, two of the most attractive cities of Andalucía. The entrance hall leads into a spacious and elegant living room with comfortable seating. Large French windows look out to the mature gardens and pool. It is a short drive away from the large village of Palma del Rio with its colourful town centre that is well worth a visit.
Location: 5-6km from Palma del Rio (all services); 17km to the village of Hornachuelos; near the Hornachuelos Natural Park; 10km to the Bembezar Lake where you can fish and practise other water sports; 55km from Sevilla (airport) and Cordoba. This is a very nice property located in a lovely quiet rural area, in the most fertile plain of the Guadalquivir River with abundant orange groves. In July is celebrated in Palma del Rio the South Theatre Festival which go important national and international companies every year.
