Ground Floor: In the main area of the Air- Conditioned villa you will find spacious lounge area equipped with and a double settee and arm chair, TV , Hi-Fi, radio, cassette/CD player and spacious dining area with table and 4 chairs.
The kitchen comes fully equipped with washing machine, fridge freezer, oven and hob, kettle, toaster, microwave. All utensils and crockery and cutlery are on hand as you would expect for 4 persons.
Second bathroom with shower, WC and wash hand basin.
First Floor: Two bedrooms, Air- Conditioned Master bedroom with double bed and a built-in wardrobe, ceiling fan and sun terrace with table and chairs.
Second bedroom is equipped with two single beds and built-in wardrobe, ceiling fan and view overlooking the communal pool.
Main bathroom with shower, bath, WC and wash hand basin. .
The Communal Pool is just outside the back door of this Villa.

There is also a returnable damage deposit, For longer winter breaks, reduced rates are negotiable. All prices include electricity, linen and water, please supply own beach towels. There is a one off cleaning charge of 65 euros payable on arrival. Cot and Highchair hire are also available
