| The master bedroom is kingsize and has a large double bed, the bedroom leads onto its private terrace. The master bathroom has double marble sinks, a large round Jacuzzi, separate shower, WC & bidet. There are 3 further double bedrooms, 2 of which are ensuite, 1 has a double bed the other two have 2 single beds in each.
The living room has a fireplace, Sky TV, DVD/CD player, Leather sofas. The dining room has a large dining table that seats six and the kitchen is equipped for 12 people. The villa has aircon hot/cold throughout, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer and filtered drinking water machine. There are plenty of sun beds round the pool also a BBQ and parking for four cars.
The villa is located just in Nova Santa Ponsa an upmarket residential area of Santa Ponsa. There are mainly villas in this area which are worth on average around 1 million pounds each. The marina of Santa Ponsa is just a 5 minutes walk and the beach a further 5 minutes. Santa Ponsa has two great beaches although there are many more just a short drive away. There are 3 golf courses in Santa Ponsa, lots of restaurants, shops, bars and discos to keep you entertained anytime of day or night. I recommend you hire a car during your stay as Mallorca has many beautiful places to visit. |
