| This recently-built, extraordinary villa has a swimming pool and enjoys complete privacy. It is set on a private estate (finca) and is joined by a door to another house (see reference 21678). They can be rented together or separately, and families holidaying together or large groups of friends (up to 10 people) may welcome the flexible privacy or sociability this arrangements offers. The houses are completely self contained and each has its own character. Each house has its own swimming pool and private outdoor spaces. The houses are set against a wonderful backdrop of the Sierra de Jaen and have stunning views over the beautiful mountain range. The area to the front of the house has a fountain at the entrance and space to park your car. The accommodation is arranged on one floor; the spacious longe/dining room is well and tastefully furnished and leads onto a delightful covered patio with views over the countryside. The kitchen is well equipped and the bedrooms, one of which has an ensuite shower room, are large and well furnished. It's a wonderfully relaxing spot and after a busy day visiting the ancient buildings and sights of nearby Cordoba, Granada, Jaen, Ubeda and Baeza, it's the perfect way to relax and enjoy the peace of the countryside. It's also a starting point for a number of good walks. |
