| This lovely villa with pool is on a private estate, nestling among olives and fruit trees and enjoying a spectacular position looking down onto a landscape of olive groves and with stunning views over the Iznájar lake. The large patio and terrace, the swimming pool and the barbecue make for easy and relaxed outdoor living and enjoyment of the peace and quiet of the surrounding countryside. The holiday accommodation is newly built and on two floors. It is fully equipped for all year round holidays. On the ground floor is a living room/dining room and the kitchen opens onto this space. There are four bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is ensuite. The whole area is rich in history and natural beauty. There are waymarked walks nearby, Arabic buildings in Iznájar and a cultural centre of Barroque art in close by Priego de Córdoba. There are also outdoor sports and activities, such as canoeing and windsurfing on the reservoir 3km away. In Iznájar (3 Km) there are restaurants, food shops and other facilities. By car you under 1 hour from Córdoba, 20 minutes from Antequera, 45 minutes from Málaga and 45 minutes from Granada. |
