Lovely, holiday house with swimming pool in a tradtional village in Barcelona province. Fantastic situation right in the heart of the Penedes wine producing region - stroll around the vineyards, tour the famous wine cellars (visits arranged), perfectly situated for easy access to all the tourist interest areas; 10 mins to the well known beaches of Sitges and Villanova, 38km Barcelona city by car or train, half an hour to Tarragona and Port Aventura, 10km Sant Sadurní d'Arnoia bodegas - most famous Cava producers in the Penedes wine producing region- 40km Montserrat, etc. Besides relaxing in great surroudings there is so much to do close by.
This lovely cottage -village house was built at the end of the 18th century and recently restored as a privately owned Rural Tourism House (ARI registered). The interior has a traditional design with original beams and rustic style furniture giving an air of yesterday, brought up todate and refreshed.
The house is located in the very centre of the pretty mountain village of Gunyoles d'Avinyonet, surrounded by vineyards and from where you can see lovely panoramas of the Penedes wine producing region. A lovely spot to relax in beautiful surroundings on holiday while still having the advantage of being close to the wide range of activities that this great area offers.
