| Hijos Dalgo is a lovely rustic family, country house in it's own grounds with pool in the town of Crecente, on the River Miño bordering on Portugal, near the city and port of Vigo, in southern Galicia. In the kitchen, we cook fresh local products and prepare culinary specialities that fulfil the most demanding palates. Summer terrace for outdoor dining, swimming pool for adults and children, large gardens, kindergarten and many sports activities on offer. Welcoming family atmosphere.

Decoration in this holiday accommodation has been carefully selected to preserve a welcoming atmosphere and to be endowed with style and functionality. The house has 12 completely equipped bedrooms, a living-room with a shelter chimney, reading-room, restaurant and a cellar where you could taste the best wines of the surrounding areas.
You could also enjoy the swimming-pool outdoors, adapted for children and adults, or take a walk around the extensive gardens, while the youngest play in the kindergarten. Our terrace is the best place to have a superb dinner in the summer time. Routes on horse-back also available.
A stable is placed at a few kilometres from the house, where routes on horse-back are organised. You can go for a nice walk across the forests and slopes of the surrounding area. The house also offers you the possibility of cycling across the countryside and horse back routes.
Climbing: You can practise rope and free climbing on the A Peneda hill. Trekking: Many routes can be covered across the forest nearby, enjoying the wonderful landscapes in the local countryside.
Rafting: 3 Km up the road over the river you find the Frieira dam where you can practise many acuatic sports, water skiing, acuatic bikes, rafting… And if you want strong emotions you can also try puenting.
Fishing: From the Frieira dam to Arnoia’s bathing resort, boat trips are organized. In Arnoia you can benefit from its healthy water treatments. |
