Rent this lovely Catalan country house for your holidays, on the banks of the River Fluvia near Lake Banyoles, golf 5mins and only 20mins from Costa Brava beaches and medeavel city of Girona, Figueres (Dali museum) and a short drive to the mountains. Recently renovated, wooden floors, large spacious well lit rooms, large gardens and (shared) SPA .
There are two houses on a large site of several acres by the River Fluvia. One house is the original large farmhouse, suitable for two families or a large family and friends, and a short distance is the small modern house with two double bedrooms, suitable for two couples or a family with children. Both houses have their own private space and garden. The shared facilities are the summer swimming pool, which is round, about 10 metres across, more designed for refreshing dips or fun and games than any serious exercise. It has plenty of grassy space around it for sunbathing. There is a children's playground with swings and lots of open space for playing football and other games. Children's cots and highchairs are available free. There are some bicycles for use at the house for free, but please ask for them in advance.
The Spa is available at a separate price. It has indoor heated pool with jets, a jacuzzi tub with programmes and different showers. The owner would prefer to know how often you would like to use it, as he has to come and maintain it daily and he doesn't live on site, please ask for a price for your group when you request your holidays. He usually charges 600€ per group to open the indoor Spa and pool, but this may vary.
The nearest village is Vilert/Esponella (2km, people us the bikes to go for bread), with bakery and foodshop, but this is very small with basics. It is ten minutes (8km) drive to the large town of Banyoles on Banyoles lake, all services, banks, restaurants, shops, supermarkets and at the lakeside, terraces, bars, activities, watersports and boat hire.
In July and August rentals start on a Saturday. Periods of more than one week considered. At other times of the year minimum three days, any day start except Saturday.

The floors of all the rooms are wood and the lounge area is very spacious. The house is very safe and suitable for children with a large garden where they can play safely. The house is very spacious as all the rooms are large, they are also well lit with large windows. The parking area is private.
