For winter evenings we provide thermostatically controlled electric radiators for all bedrooms and DURING THE LOWEST WINTER RENTAL RATE PERIOD ONLY electricity will be charged at cost (0.16 euros per Kw) The swimming pool has a solar heating system and thermal cover so will always be significantly warmer than an unheated pool but in mid winter if you prefer to have the pool warmer there is an optional supplementary electric pool heating system (Energy efficient heat pump) capable of maintaining the water temperature at up to 30ºC. Note: During all other periods and for all other rental rates electricity costs are included and the pool is guaranteed to be warm enough to swim (21ºC / 70ºF minimum) . |
