Valencia is the third biggest city in Spain, and certainly among the liveliest. Located on the Mediterranean, there are city beaches, a strong cultural heritage, all sorts of watersports on offer, great nightlife and also nearby you have lovely countryside including the regional park of Albufera. The apartment is about 10 min walk from the Malvarrossa Beach and Valencia’s Harbour. The area offers a variety of restaurants, take-aways and icecream parlours, where you should try the most typical Valencian refreshment: paellas and fideua, local hot dishes, and refreshments such as "horchata" a refreshing summer drink, and other local specialities. Ideal for beach and city holidays. The local people, renowned for their friendliness and creativity, give this region a welcoming and upbeat feel and make tourists feel very quickly at home.

Newly built terraced house furnished for large groups in beach area of Valencia. The house is near small shops and handy for supermarkets. There are also restaurants nearby including the well-known "Casa Montaña" with its multilingual waiters, excellent tapas and extensive wine list.
Situated on the Mediterranean coast, the capital of the Comunitat Valenciana extends over a plain surrounded by the river Turia and several hills, and enjoys the typical mediterranean climate of mild winters and warm summers.
Valencia is well-known for its rice and paella based on ingredients from shellfish and agricultural products to chicken, rabbit, snales, etc., but as well Arrós al Forn, Arroz a Banda, Arrós Negre and Arroces Caldosos. But not everything is rice in Valencia: The Fideuá replaces this ingredient with small noodles. The All y Pebre is a typical dish from the island El Palmar in the Albufera, based on eels, garlic, pepper and potatoes. The Horchata de Chufa from Alboraya is the most refreshing drink accompanied by biscuits called Fartons. Agua de Valencia.is very famous, too.

The Rural House Villa de Ayora is located in the old quarter of the unspoilt village of Ayora in the mountains of Valencia. The house is beautifully restored and reformed into apartments ideal for three to four people for a comfortable holiday. Each has a large lounge dining room with a balcony that looks out onto the centre of the town, double rooms or twin rooms available. A perfect place to explore the mountains in winter, for walking, or enjoy the summer months - free access to private swimming pool, with natural spring water, gardens, restaurant, bar and childrens pool.

In this picturesque city on the shores of the Mediterranean one will find pleasant temperatures, excellent cuisine, tradtional festivities that are kept alive as well as a wide variety of cultural activities to be enjoyed. This is a designer attic duplex and is well lighted and peaceful. The seashore is a five minute walk away and "tapas bars" and restaurants offering local cuisine are close by. It is also close to the citrus producing area known as the "Albufera".

The Mediterranean atmosphere combined with the superb local cuisine and the excellent climate makes this area a wonderful place for vacationing at any time of the year. There is an ample offer of things to do of a cultural and historic nature in a setting that includes unique landscapes.

Ohala is set in a very quiet established urbanisation 10 minutes from the beach or town, one of only two properties at the end of a cul de sac. Very quiet with no passing mopeds!! Built 15 years ago in a very traditional style. The accommodation is all on one floor with the pool on the lower terrace via a lockable gate. Very child firendly. Communal tennis courts are a short walk away.

This beautiful attic apartment with impressive panoramic views of the blue Mediterranean, is right on the beach front with terraces that completely surround the apartment. Cullera is one of the prettiest old towns on the Valencian coast, never overcrowded even in summer. The apartment is on the highly valued beach of Racó de Cullera awarded the “Blue flag” and there are 7km of uninterrupted fine sandy beaches. The town has a wide range of restaurants and bars and shops of all kinds all within walking distance of the apartment, and it is well served by public transport and has easy access to the motorway. The city of Valencia is only half an hour away, there is a golf course close by and the famous Aquopolis water park is only ten minutes away for example. The apartment is beautifully decorated in colourist style throughout, is modern, luxurious and well equipped, with acclimatised air conditioning, double glazing, marble bathrooms etc. The apartments have communal gardens, a communal swimming pool, tennis courts, private indoor parking, a social club with events and childrens’ games etc. All in all with our perfect sunny climate, a beautiful place for a holiday at any time of the year.
