Solafuente is a cosy self catering cottage (casa rural) in the village of Otura, in Morcin, a small district tucked away in the centre of Asturias, just 10 km from Oviedo. The house is in a wonderful position for relaxing and active holidays: it’s a great area for walking (lots of woods and open countryside), climbing (climbing school), mountain biking, hunting, fishing. It’s conveniently central for visiting all the local villages of interest and trying their local specialities.

This self catering house is in the village of Baiña in the Mieres district and is on the banks of the Caudal river and the foothills of the Sierra de Llagos mountains. The house is in a rural setting with lush vegetation and mountains making it an ideal spot for enjoying nature offering many hiking routes.
The beaches and fishing port of Gijon are a short 20 minute drive away.

Easy access to the great beaches of the Costa Verde and the Picos de Europa by motorway and Oviedo centre 5 mins away. Lovely spacious house for a holiday in 8000m of grounds with fruit trees (mainly apples), we make our own cider and guests are welcome to try it.

Welcome to the PRINCIPADO de ASTURIAS (the principality of Asturias), a paradise for nature lovers in green Spain. The holiday cottage is a traditional stone built cottage over 150 years old, which has been completely refurbished in 2007. It's in a street next to the church in Riberas: C/ Campon and is actually on the plaza (church square) in the centre of the village with plenty of parking.
