Caserias de Soribias are a group of holiday houses and country cottages in the beautiful National Park area of the Picos de Europa in Northern Spain. La Vega is a very old house (more than 100 years old) with its stone and wood structure, that has been renovated while keeping its rustic style. It is located in the village of Villar de Huergo, in the area of La Vega, being part of a group of constructions called "quintana" in Asturias. To one side there is space for parking.
La Vega consists of two floors. The ground floor is made of visible stone and wooden beams. The sitting room with its fireplace is on this ground floor, as well as the kitchen, with a rustic bar, washing machine, microwave, fridge and TV. On the first floor, reached by a spiral staircase, there is an attic double room with large double bed, and its fully-equipped bathroom.

It took 3 years to complete and build a beautiful stone and wooden house on the outskirts of a pretty fishing village in Northern Spain. It has wonderful views over the mountains and green fields and has been created to offer clients a relaxed, peaceful environment providing high quality accommodation. We also offer Meditation classes and sessions, Reiki, various massages all in our purpose built stone treatment room.
Situated only 3km from the beach, it's easily accessible with daily cheap flights with Ryanair or Easyjet from London Stansted to either Santander or Asturias airport. From there, we are only a short drive away....

In only a few minutes we can reach the pretty central town of Cangas de Onis with it's shops, monuments and restaurants, the beaches of Asturias are only 20 minutes away, we can visit the famous areas of Cabrales, the lakes and Basilica of Covadonga in the mountains... Excellent activities on offer, climbing, walking, canoeing, puenting, mountain biking, rafting and many more all on your doorstep. A really beautiful area!
