El Urogallo is a rural tourism centre in Northern Spain comprising of an 8 bedroom guesthouse and two 2 bedroom cottages. Situated in the Omana area (a UNESCO biosphere reserve) in the heart of the Cantabrian Mountains in the north of Leon, El Urogallo offers quality accommodation and much more. The Omana area is rich in wildlife, including brown bears and wolves, and is the perfect retreat for walking holidays. There are also many other outdoor activities available including climbing, fishing, horse riding, water sports, bird watching and skiing.

The rural houses “El Casar” are newly constructed, combining stone and wood and using modern technology while respecting the environment by employing solar energy and modern recycling processes. The charm of traditional housing is achieved without the sacrifice of modern comforts.
The rural houses “Casar del Puente” are located in the Picos de Europa natural park. There are two individual houses which can be rented seperately or together. Each house is independent and soundproofed but are connected through their terraces.
