The house is 1 kilometer from the the Port of San Pedro (5 minutes by car) and 15 minute drive from the Murcia International Airport located in San Javier. It is close to supermarkets, Dia is approx. 800 m and a Mercadona is approx 1km away. The San Pedro's medical center is also approx 1 Kilometer from the house. The local shopping center is approx 3 km away. The average population of San Pedro is 22,000 with plenty of shops, bars, restaurants, marina etc available throughout the year |
