All rooms lead out onto own balconies with outdoor furniture. Several terraces and patios outdoors, with eating areas, reading areas etc. Terraced garden on three levels, with swimming pool with wooden deck, lawns and panoramic views, barbecue area. Large lounge, sofas, TV area and dining table for 12 people. Fully equipped kitchen, all mod cons including dishwasher, coffee machines. Further dining area or breakfast area seating 8 plus in the large kitchen, large double garage, utility room. Ideal for families or small groups for relaxing holiday, goodbase for central Spain, less than an hour to Madrid, Segovia, Avila, between one and 2 hours to Salamanca, Burgos, easy access to motorways, local transport and train to Madrid.
