The apartment can comfortably accomodate up to four people, with one bedroom, one sofabed and two full bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped and connected to the dinning room by a window; the living room is very comfortable, with a sofa and two large windows facing the quiet street; and the bathroom is spacious. All rooms have lots of natural light.

- 15-30 days before: 40% of the total amount.
- Less than 15 days before: 60% of the total amount.
In the event that the client changes the dates, it will be understood as a new stay and it shall be subject to the cancellation conditions.
