The house is semi-detached on the side of the garage, in 400m2 of garden, with trees, lawns and patios for outdoor eating.
There is a large garage completely closed to the elements and a further parking place beside the garage.
On the first floor there is a room furnished as a study with a sofabed. The kitchen is large 20m2 and fully equipped for living. There is a bodega (pantry) next to the kitchen for storing wine, drinks foodstuffs etc.

The house is available all year round for long term rents except for three weeks in the summer. Excellent price per month for long term rents of 800 euros plus bills - electricity, gas and water. Cost per month for an average family is 130€.
Also available - cleaning once or twice a week as required and billed separately.
