Casa Tío Pancho is a country cottage or casa rural sleeping 6 people situated in Robledillo. The Sierra de Gredos is an excellent destination for walkers and nature lovers. Just over an hour from Madrid and 23Km from Ávila. Casa el Berrueco was built in 2000 and is on the ground floor of a two storey building. It is built using the traditional materials of stone and wood and is decorated in local style. It has three bedrooms, one ensuite with a double bed and the other two doubles share a bathroom and have twin beds in each, a spacious kitchen-living room with breakfast bar and open fire and sunroom at the entrance.

The living room is very spacious with a sofa and two armchairs opposite the TV and open fire. You can also have dinner in this room as it’s got a large table and 6 chairs. The kitchen is next to the living room and fully equipped with hob, an oven, microwave, fridge, washing machine, coffee maker, cutlery, crockery, etc. Bed linen and hand and bath towels are provided. The bathroom has a bath, washhand basin, bidet and toilet. The house is decorated with traditional objects and has a traditional entrance with antique bench. The house is in the same building as Casa Los Moros, which sleeps 8 people, although both are completely self contained and have separate entrances. Up to 14 people can be accommodated between the two houses. There is central heating and hot water. We speak Spanish, English and French. The municipal swimming pool is 2.5kms from the cottage and is open in July and August. Local tourist information provided. Public restaurant and local products on sale. Bread shop 50m down the road. We have two other cottages / casas rurales.
