From Las Palmas airport, head south until you get to the crossroads with Playa del Inglés and San Fernando, where you follow the signs for Fataga and San Bartolomé de Tirajana. We're 1,2 Km after the village of Fataga.
Hotel Rural Molino de Agua de Fataga has a unique setting in a natural conservation area in a palm forest of more than a thousand palm trees. There are wonderful opportunities for trekking. The area is very rural agricultural and rural with some cattle farming. Local food is excellent and from the land. The traditional Canarian dates back to the 17th Century and the mill itself is from the 18th Century. Here the architecture is as much part of the heritage as the fruit tree plantations and orchards.
